Kristi Colwell, MA, LMHC has worked in the mental health field since 1991 in hospital, school, private practice and clinic settings. She is a Past President of the Puget Sound Chapter of The International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp), and, in addition to her Seattle based private practice, is a member of Dr. Thomas Lynch’s RO DBT Senior Clinician Team.
She was in the first group of clinicians in the US to complete intensive training in RO DBT and is an Approved Trainer, providing full day introductory trainings for clinicians.
She has designed and co-led groups within school settings, worked as part of the core interdisciplinary team in a hospital based eating disorders treatment program, and, most recently, served as RO DBT Program Consultant and skills class co-leader at Opal: Food and Body Wisdom.

Through personal relationships and skill building she helps individuals with internalized anxiety disorders and depression, with a focus on social signaling. She is part of the RO DBT Northwest Consult group and has received intensive training in RO DBT. Previously, she worked at the Portland DBT clinic on the adolescent and family team. She is the founder and director of Choose Well-Being Psychology Education and offers mindfulness-based skills classes, including RO DBT in Southwest Portland. She is involved in helping colleagues with the RO DBT adolescent adaptation and works primarily with adolescents, young adults, parents and organizations. She enjoys presenting at conferences, curriculum development and being involved in innovative treatments to help increase resilience and improve psychological health.

Lisa Geraud, MA, MS, RDN, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist and registered dietitian nutritionist who provides individual, couples and family therapy for mood disorders, relationship concerns and eating disorders. Lisa specializes in general systemic family therapy and parenting as well as specific family models for anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. Frequently, she provides nutrition care in addition to mental health care on treatment teams for children, adolescents and adults exhibiting the full spectrum of disordered eating and nutrition concerns. Alexia Giblin, PhD, CEDS - Seattle, WA
Alexia “Lexi” Giblin is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Opal: Food+Body Wisdom. She is a member of Dr. Thomas Lynch’s Radically Open-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) Senior Clinician Team. Dr. Giblin leads the integration of RO DBT in to Opal programming. She is also currently Clinical Faculty in the University of Washington’s Psychology Department.
Dr. Giblin has worked in the mental health field in various capacities since 1995. She received her doctorate from the University of Washington in 2004 and worked in private practice for 8 years prior to founding Opal. Dr. Giblin was a Faculty Lecturer in the University of Washington’s Psychology Department from 2004-2011.

Li Lin Hally, MSW LCSW - Portland, OR
Li Lin Hally is the Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Abri Radically Open DBT, a full-fidelity RO DBT clinic for adults and adolescents in downtown Portland. She is a member of Dr. Thomas Lynch's RO DBT Senior Clinician Team and is an approved trainer. She has been a counselor for the past 20 years, providing services in a variety of capacities including Asian refugee relocation, services to homeless leprosy patients in India, service learning in the Philippines and comprehensive relocation services in Spain. Li Lin has also worked for the State of Oregon at the Department of Human Services giving her a particular insight into the child welfare system in Oregon. All of these experiences have contributed to Li Lin’s clinical expertise. She received her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 1997. Li Lin’s training has been influenced by Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal Psychology Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), RO DBT and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.

Kirsten McAteer, LPC - Portland, OR
Kirsten McAteer, LPC is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Abri Radically Open DBT, a full-fidelity RO DBT clinic for adults and adolescents in downtown Portland. She is a member of Dr. Thomas Lynch's RO DBT Senior Clinician Team and is an approved trainer. In her private practice she primarily specializes in the treatment of eating disorders – as well as other mood disorders – especially those related to overcontrol. She is a past Chair of the Columbia River Eating Disorder Network, and was, up until 2016, Coordinator of Lewis & Clark College’s Eating Disorder Certificate Program, where she still teaches as an adjunct. Prior to opening her private practice, she was the manager of the Portland DBT Institute’s Path to Mindful Eating Program and then Clinical Director of a partial hospitalization program for eating disorders in Portland. She was among the first group of US clinicians intensively trained in RO DBT. Kirsten provides skills classes for adolescents and adults as well as introductory RO DBT trainings to clinicians.
